Moving to a new country can be exciting, but there are always some things you miss from your home country. We have been living in Japan for six months and we had a list of five items we were missing. Luckily, my brother was visiting us from the United States, and we asked him to bring these items with him. Here are the first five things we requested:
The first item on our list was the Clorox Toilet Wand. The Toilet Wand is a disposable cleaning tool that allows you to easily clean your toilet without having to touch it directly. This was a must-have for us, and we were thrilled when my brother brought it with him.
The second item on our list was Madi K Almonds. These are high-quality almonds that are roasted and seasoned with natural flavors. In the States, I usually have a pack or two in the afternoon. I was missing the taste of these almonds and requested them from my brother.
I can’t say much about this request since this was T’s only addition to the list.

We requested the Fitbit Aria Scale, which is a smart scale that measures weight, body fat percentage, and BMI. This would allow us to track our progress and stay on top of our health goals.
Lastly, we requested a green keyboard. While this might seem like an odd request, we were missing the feel of a traditional typewriter keyboard.
